Direct service, approximately 30 minutes. Trains run frequently throughout the day. From the station, take a short taxi or rideshare to the venue (approx. 5–10 mins).
By car
via slough
The venue is on the A308 Old Windsor Road, Windsor. Free on-site parking is available for all delegates. From the M25 (Junction 13), take the A308 towards Windsor, the venue is well signposted.
From Heathrow Airport
Approx. 20 mins by taxi
Heathrow → Windsor & Eton Riverside
Take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington, then train to Windsor. Alternatively, a direct taxi from Heathrow takes approximately 20–25 minutes (approx. £25–35).

Uber and local taxi companies serve Windsor well. From Windsor town centre to the venue is approximately 5–10 minutes. We recommend pre-booking a return taxi for late evening after the Day 1 dinner.
