These FAQs are designed to give delegates the practical information they need before travelling to and attending the Superpower Summit.
When & Where
When is the Summit?
Friday 25 and Saturday 26 September 2026. Registration and welcome refreshments start at 8am on Friday, and the Summit concludes at 4pm on Saturday.

Registration & Tickets
What should I bring for registration?
Your ticket and QR code, either printed or on your phone. The registration team will scan it and provide your name badge.
I haven't received my ticket confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact events@globalcounselforum.com with your full name and email address.
Can I register when I arrive?
Unfortunately, we usually sell out, so please check availability on the website first. You can also email events@globalcounselforum.com in advance to confirm.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, an alternative delegate can attend in your place. Just let us know as soon as possible by emailing delphine@globalcounselforum.com.
What's the cancellation policy?
- Four or more weeks before the event: Full refund, minus a 20% handling fee.
- Less than four weeks before: Tickets are non-refundable, but you can send an alternative delegate subject to registering the new delegate by emailing delphine@globalcounselforum.com.
Planning Your Visit
What time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 8am on Friday. Please allow enough time to register, store your luggage if needed, and settle in before the opening session.
What should I bring?
- Your ticket and QR code
- Phone charger and device for notes (optional). Notebooks will be provided.
- Any medications or personal items you need
- Smart casual clothes for daytime sessions, plus smart or party wear for the Friday Gala Dinner
Is there an event app?
Yes, details on how to access it will be shared closer to the event.
What facilities are available?
- Complimentary conference Wi-Fi throughout the venue
- Powers sockets are available all throughout the venue for delegates to use to plug in their devices
- Free cloakroom and luggage drop off area near reception (please avoid leaving valuables unattended)
- Meeting rooms for quiet work
Travel & Parking
How do I get to De Vere Beaumont Estate?
- By road: Use postcode SL4 2JJ or coordinates 51.449394, -0.575441. What3words: ///intro.showed.dinner. The estate is easily accessible from the M3, M4 and M25.
- By rail: Egham Station is about three miles away with connections to London Waterloo and Reading. Windsor & Eton Riverside and Windsor & Eton Central stations are also nearby.
- By air: Heathrow Airport is approximately six miles away, about 15 minutes by car.
Will transport be provided from the station or airport?
No, you'll need to arrange your own transport.
Is parking available?
Yes, the estate has over 500 complimentary parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. You don't need to reserve in advance.
Are EV charging points available?
Yes. There are two EV charging points outside Reception, operated via the ROAM app.
Accommodation & Luggage
Is accommodation included in my ticket?
No, hotel accommodation is not included as standard and must be booked separately. Your firm may have arranged this for you, so please check. If you're unsure, email events@globalcounselforum.com.
Can I stay at the SuperPower Summit venue De Vere Beaumont Estate?
Yes, preferential rates have been arranged for Friday 25 September on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve through Global Counsel Forum.
Can I book additional nights?
Yes, you can book extra nights directly with the venue De Vere Beaumont Estate, subject to availability. Let the GCF team know after booking so they can arrange for you to stay in the same room.
Where do I leave my luggage when I arrive?
The De Vere Beaumont Estate team will collect and store your luggage during registration. If you're staying at the venue, you can collect it and get your room key at approximately 4:30pm when sessions end on Friday.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Group check-in on Friday allows key collection from 4:30pm, with check-out by 8am. For other nights, standard check-in is from 3pm.

- Daytime programme: Smart casual
- Friday evening Gala Dinner: Smart or party wear
Food & Drink
What's included?
Your ticket includes lunch and refreshments on both Friday and Saturday, plus the Friday evening Gala Dinner.
How do I submit dietary requirements?
Please provide them during registration. If you have severe allergies, also flag these with the hotel team when you arrive. To update dietary information after registering, contact events@globalcounselforum.com
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, guests are not permitted to bring outside food or drink. All refreshments are provided by the venue.
Programme, Workshops & Networking
Are there sessions for different experience levels?
Yes, the programme includes sessions and development opportunities for legal professionals at all career stages.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Absolutely. You'll have chances to connect throughout the Summit, including during breaks, meals, workshops, dedicated networking sessions and the Friday evening programme.
Will there be a delegate list?
Yes, a delegate directory will be available in the event app, and you can opt out if you prefer.
Will slides be available after the event?
No, slides won’t be shared after the event.
Accessibility & Wellbeing
What accessibility support is available?
There’s a lift from reception providing access to the first floor where the Hanover spaces are located. The areas around these spaces are step-free, including access to the patio. Accessible bedrooms and toilets are available (please request these in advance). If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact events@globalcounselforum.com in advance so we can fully support you.
Will there be a quiet or wellbeing space?
Yes, designated quiet areas will be available at the event, although the specific location will be confirmed closer to the time. If you need access for a particular reason, contact events@globalcounselforum.com in advance, or speak to the Help Desk when you arrive.
Photography, Filming & Social Media
Will there be photography and filming?
Yes, photography and filming may take place for editorial, marketing and promotional purposes.
What if I don't want to be photographed or filmed?
Please let us know during registration so we can notify our photography and videography team and respect your preference.
Can delegates take photographs or record sessions?
Delegates may take photographs, but video recording is not permitted as most sessions operate under the Chatham House Rule.
Can I share content on social media?
Yes, we encourage you to share your experience! Just remember to get consent from other delegates before sharing their photos, and don’t attribute any comments to specific speakers or attendees (Chatham House Rule applies).
International Delegates & Visas
Do I need a visa to attend?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and personal circumstances. International delegates are responsible for checking current UK entry requirements and applying in plenty of time.
Can Global Counsel Forum provide a visa support letter?
Support letters can be issued to registered delegates who have completed payment. To request one, contact events@globalcounselforum.com. Please note that GCF has no influence over visa application outcomes.
Safety, Emergencies & Help
Can children attend the Summit?
The SuperPower Summit is designed for legal professionals and is not suitable for children. We ask delegates not to bring children to the event.
Who should I speak to if I need assistance?
Members of the GCF and venue teams will be available throughout the event. The main Help Desk is located at the front of the building – our team will be easily identifiable and happy to help with any questions.
What if I feel unwell?
Please speak to an event team member or visit the Help Desk, and they’ll help you figure out next steps. If you have a medical emergency, alert staff immediat
