Summit Overview
What Is The SuperPower Summit?
The SuperPower Summit is Europe’s leading conference for Black and under-represented lawyers. A conference where lawyers invest in themselves, not someone else’s agenda.
From keynotes on AI and the rule of law to masterclasses on pricing, promotion and wealth, every session is curated with a single question in mind: what does this lawyer actually need to hear right now?
Our journey so far
From Bcf to gcf
The Global Counsel Forum began as the Black Counsel Forum, a conference founded by solicitor Sharon Thomas with a single conviction: that lawyers who had navigated this profession on harder terms deserved a space of their own.
“GCF started with a simple observation: that the lawyers in this room were doing the same work, carrying the same ambition, and facing entirely different obstacles. GCF exists to change that equation.”
